DESCRIPTION:The Winchester Economic Development Authority (EDA) will hold a public input session on Tuesday\, January 9\, 2018 from 9-10 am at the Bright Box Theater (15 North Loudoun Street) to solicit feedback on the Economic Development Strategic Plan.\n\n \n\nThe City of Winchester EDA is creating an Economic Development Strategic Plan to increase economic prosperity and improve the quality of life in our community. The Economic Development Strategic Plan will critically evaluate our competitive position and identify the industries and key assets that will be the focus of future economic development efforts. The process will result in a detailed action plan that supports the City's overall strategic plan and aligns economic development and marketing activities to catalyze economic growth in our community. \n\n \n\nThe EDA of the City of Winchester has engaged the Austin\, Texas-based national consulting firm Avalanche Consulting (www.AvalancheConsulting.com) to facilitate the planning process. Representatives from Avalanche will lead the input session.
