Blacksmithing Workshop
MAKING TONGS & TOOLS TO QUIP YOUR SHOP AGE: 16 and above Description: Students will learn how to work with a coal forge, become skilled with hammer techniques, and how to use an anvil effectively. You will make tongs for holding stock, forge custom chisels and punches for metal work, learn tempering techniques, and metal temperatures for forging. Opus Oaks is a member of the Top Of Virginia Artisan Trail.
