2025 Community Star Celebration
The Annual Community Star event is a tradition hosted by the Community Foundation of the Northern Shenandoah Valley (CFNSV) to celebrate outstanding philanthropy and community service. This year's event honors the legacy of Tootie Rinker, a leader whose dedication and generosity encourages others to carry forward her spirit of service.
