Crossroads Open House

At Crossroads, we improve the communities we serve by treating the whole person, not just a person’s addiction. We combine outpatient, medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for substance-use disorders with counseling and end-to-end care coordination. Our intensive care coordination team, together with our vast network of providers, combines MAT with evidence-based practices and measurement-based care. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most major insurances. Our model delivers the most convenient, comprehensive, and high-quality care available to help our patients on the road to recovery.
