Diabetes Prevention Program
Virginia Cooperative Extension, in partnership with the Lord Fairfax Health District, is offering a year-long prevention program in which participants will receive individualized lifestyle coaching to help them make important changes to reduce their risk for developing type 2 diabetes. Pre-registration required by September 13.

Free for uninsured individuals or those receiving Medicaid benefits; others may enroll for $90, part of which is refundable upon program completion.
