Kids Art Club

Want your work displayed in a real art gallery?

We’re kicking off our new Kids Art Club with a fun event for the whole family! Join us in a collaborative art project that will be installed at the Virginia Beach Art Center this October!

We will be designing and creating paper feathers for The Feather Project, a community art project intended to bring awareness and healing to both indigenous and non-indigenous people. Your work will be included with 2,000 feathers hanging from the gallery ceiling. Read more about the project here.

Come meet friends, have fun with other creative kids, and contribute to a worthwhile project!

This event is open to all ages and is completely free. All materials will be provided. Kids Art Club is led by Rachel Smith, artist and ShenArts Education Manager.
