When you recognize your strengths and weaknesses, you are able to give your best as you work with people around you. This DISC Profile Workshop will help you achieve greater success when you learn to value your strengths as well as those of others.

How does it work?

When you register for this Lunch 'N Learn, you will receive a link to take the online DISC Personality Profile Assessment.  On the day of the event, you will be provided with a hard copy of the detailed report and its applications for both your personal life as well as in the workplace.  You will enjoy lunch at the Winchester Country Club as a debrief is facilitated and we unpack the details of your profile.
