Please join the Top of Virginia Regional Chamber as we partner with local public safety agencies to celebrate those who have gone above and beyond the call of duty to protect our community. The Valor Awards will recognize law enforcement and fire and rescue efforts in the Winchester, Frederick and Clarke Counties area. Participating agencies include the Fire and Rescue Departments from the City of Winchester, Frederick and Clarke Counties,
