Generating sales leads is the key to any business success. To make a referral of a person or business, we must first build and nurture relationships by getting to know, like and trust one another. Chamber Community Networking Groups should be a formative and motivating element of your marketing strategy for your business or position. Chamber Networking Groups acts as an expanded sales team, providing introductions and “warm referrals” to individuals and companies you want to do business with. Through the professional relationships and rapport established between members over time, Chamber Groups support each other’s business initiatives as referrers, customers, suppliers, and mentors. Participation in Chamber Groups can help grow your professional network, sharpen your sales presentation skills, and increase the centers of influence supporting your operations.

Criteria
- You must be a member in good standing
- Small Groups/Lead Shares are a benefit of membership. Therefore, guests can visit twice before joining.
- You will be encouraged to contribute to the group through participation
- A Veteran in business. You may own a business or work in a business and be a Veteran.

Every month, the Top of Virginia Regional Chamber holds an after-hours networking event designed for members to meet and build relationships with businesspeople from small, mid-size and large companies and organizations representing a variety of industries.

Regional Chamber Members host this event at their businesses to encourage networking in an informal atmosphere complemented by food and beverage.
Be sure to bring business cards and
a door prize if you would like, the more the merrier!
