Workshop: Engaging and Retaining Millennials in the Workplace

This workshop is for managers and Human Resources department members of organizations with employees that identify as part of the Millennial demographic (born between 1980 and 1996). This demographic is larger and more diverse than any other US population segment, and their motivations are just as varied. Organizations must be attuned to the factors that drive engagement in this population in order to attract and engage top talent.
