Job Summary
The Director of Human Resources at H.N. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee recruitment processes, including HR sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Manage performance management systems to ensure employee evaluations are conducted fairly and consistently.
- Administer workers’ compensation programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Utilize HR software such as people matter and ADP for data collection, reporting, and analysis to inform decision-making.
- Help manage departmental budgets related to human resources initiatives.
- Address employee conflicts through effective conflict management strategies to maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities for staff.

- Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws and practices.
- Proficiency in HR software systems, particularly People matter and ADP.
- Proficiency in payroll including deductions due to the court
- Exceptional budgeting skills to manage HR-related financials effectively.
