Job Summary:

Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental and/or physical disabilities by implementing daily activities and individualized plans. DSPs provide direct supervision, coaching, and assistance in both center-based and community-based settings, ensuring individuals are treated with dignity and respect. Responsibilities include documenting progress, supporting skill development, providing transportation, and promoting community engagement. DSPs collaborate with Case Coordinators and team members to deliver high-quality, person-centered care and create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment.

Minimum Education, Certifications and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and verification of a clean driving record
• Minimum of one year of experience working in the Human Services field (preferred but not required)
