Kris has been a "fixer" all her life, spending time in the garage with her father as soon as she could walk. She began the first ten years of her technology career working with 3D building design software, and consulting for an Autodesk software reseller. Eventually, she moved into IT Operations (technology systems, security, support etc) where she spent ten plus years (please don't do that math) supporting enterprise organizations and managing teams of IT Administrators and Specialists.
She loves to teach others the skills needed to understand and diagnose technology issues. Her empathy, and focus on the human experience when it comes to technology support set her apart from the crowd.
Kristin holds a Bachelors Degree from Harvard University where her focus of study was Computer Science.
